Alger gets no decision in 17 inning game

Lima, OH- Sophomore Brandon Alger (Leo, IN/Leo) threw nine scoreless innings, scattering six hits while striking out eight. UNOH’s Zachary Petrick was just as good going seven strong innings and allowing just four hits, striking out 10.

Senior Brandon Paletta (Richardson, TX/North Texas) delivered the game winning hit against the University of Northwestern Ohio on Friday night, driving a triple to right center with the bases loaded in the 17th inning as the Indiana Tech baseball team knocked off the Racers 4-1.
